The Need-to-Know Before You Go

COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE
The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Ahead of a show, check our socials for any changes. Near the venue, tune car radios to 89.3FM for updates.

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 90-120 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

PARKING LOTS
Parking lots normally open three hours before the scheduled gate time. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry or to park extra early, go for Premier Parking or Early Parking.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Find them in the back of the Yellow Lot. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show—you won’t be able to enter otherwise.

WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

MOBILE ENTRY
Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets here.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to our Guest Services Booth in the front plaza and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

BOX OFFICE
Open on show days only, starting at 3pm.

THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booth in the Expo Hall.

DESIGNATED DRIVERS
Are you the responsible fan tonight? Our designated driver program has you covered. Our concessionaire offers free bottles of water or cans of soda to guests that commit to be the designated driver for their party. Please visit the Guest Services in the Expo Building for more information.

RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.

NEARBY LODGING
Visiting from out of town? Head to our FAQ for a list of nearby hotels and campsites that we recommend.

ON-SITE CAMPING
Stay on-site and be closer to the action. Head to our camping site to find out which shows you can camp for, and reserve your spot.

TAILGATING
Yes, you can hang out with your friends before the show. Once the gates open, you’ll be asked to head inside the venue. Safe grilling is permitted.
