Accessibility

Whatever your needs, let us know how we can help.

Alpine Valley Music Theatre strives to make our venue and live experiences inclusive and accessible to everyone. For more questions, or information not mentioned below, please contact us before your visit at alpinevalleyhelp@livenation.com or call us at 414-455-9550. Our box office opens when the parking lots open on show days.

Arrival & Accessible Entrances:
All venue entrances are wheelchair accessible. Please note that our venue is built into a hill with a steep grade, with main entrances & Box Office at the top of the hill and the stage at the bottom of the hill. Accessible Parking is located in the Resort Lot (behind the venue at the base of the hill), and fans parked in Accessible Parking will enter the venue through the Lower East Gate. See below for more information on Accessible Parking. Check out our venue map here.

Restrooms:
All restroom buildings are wheelchair accessible and contain wheelchair accessible stalls.

Concession Stands:
All concessions and merchandise stands are wheelchair accessible. Our staff is willing to assist anywhere help is needed.

Ticketing:
Accessible tickets can be purchased online via www.livenation.com. You do not need to call the Box Office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through our website. Look for the accessible logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you purchase tickets.

Lawn:
Our lawn is uncovered and subject to the elements. In bad weather, the terrain can become difficult to navigate, making some areas inaccessible for people with limited mobility. Our lawn does not require steps to access and has paved paths running through it, but please note the lawn is quite steep. If you have purchased a lawn ticket and find the lawn inaccessible to you, please visit Guest Services Office in the Expo Building. Our staff will be happy to assist you.

Accessible Parking:
Accessible Parking is located in the Alpine Valley Resort Lot. From County Road D, turn down Resort Road, through the Alpine Valley A-Frame. Our parking staff will be around to help direct you. Fans parked in Accessible Parking will enter the venue through the Lower East Gate.

A visible state-issued plate or placard is required to use an accessible parking spot. Guests needing assistance who do not have a placard will need to be dropped off and use general parking. Accessible parking is subject to availability and first-come, first-served. Alpine Valley Music Theatre honors any state-issued accessible parking placard for a vehicle that fits in a 9’ x 18’ parking space without impeding the people on either side of your vehicle. Oversized vehicles (e.g. stretch limos, RVs, buses, etc.) with a disabled parking placard will not be allowed to park in an accessible parking space. To ensure you can park as close as possible, we recommend arriving when the parking gates open.

Medication Needs:
If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event.  We cannot store any type of medication.  Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.

Dietary Needs:
Alpine Valley Music Theatre takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs.  You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests.

Service Animals:
At Alpine Valley Music Theatre, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests, and their service animals are supported throughout their visit.

Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up on or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.

Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under  Title III of the ADA.  This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained.  The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations.  Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.

Sign Language Interpretation:
If you will need an interpreter for an event, please email your request to alpinevalleyhelp@livenation.com at least 2 weeks in advance, after you have purchased your tickets, so we can arrange for an interpreter for your show. When you arrive for the show, if you would like assistance getting to your seating area, please check in with the box office or a guest services supervisor. We would be happy to introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats.

Assistive Listening Devices:
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) technology in Alpine Valley Music Theatre is powered by Listen Everywhere Technology™.  This allows you to use your mobile device and headphones as your personal ALD. If you do not wish to use your device, please visit our Guest Services Office in the Expo Building to get a receiver.  A photo ID is required in exchange for a device.

Apple App Store Google Play Store to download the app.

Mobility Device Storage:
Guests are responsible for their mobility devices inside the venue. We are unable to store wheelchairs, canes, walkers, and other mobility devices.
